What falafel recipe is complete without the proper sauce?!

Ingredients:
- 1/2 medium avocado
- 1 Tbsp cilantro
- 2 garlic clove
- 1 Tbsp parsley
- 1 cup almond milk (plain, unsweetened)
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/4 tsp cumin
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until completely smooth.
