What can I say about myself? I love food and I love to eat.
I’m also Vegan and just completed my Vegan Nutrition Certification.
I believe good, healthful foods should be easy to make with easy to obtain – no weird ingredients that you can only find at specialty food stores. I may eventually put up recipes that are a little more exotic up, but the majority will be easy.

And… this should be an assumption… but they will all be vegan. However, my non-vegan husband also eats all of my vegan food – sometimes I add some pre-cooked chicken breast, or he’ll have a beef burger and I’ll have a veggie burger. My decision to go vegan was exactly that – MY decision and I’ll never force that onto anyone.
