People always say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day and as much as that’s true for me, that may not be your truth and that’s okay!
But if you’re like me, then there’s nothing better than starting your day with chocolate! Yum!

I’ve included nutritional content at the end, both just the base and with the additional toppings. You may look at that content and think “no way”, but you’ll see there’s quite a jump between the base how I served it, mostly because of the banana. You could easily omit, only have half, split it, or use a different fruit like strawberries.
Always remember, just because it has fat doesn’t mean it’s unhealthy; the fat in this is healthy Omega’s. You might balk at the carbohydrates but remember that includes fiber – and just the base of this recipe has 50% of your daily suggested intake. Yes, there’s sugar in it, but it’s all natural.
So let’s get to the details!!!
